Battery Mug with temperature sensor

by ally - on April 28th, 2010

There is absolutely nothing worse than getting busy and taking a quick swig of your coffee, expecting to get a satisfyingly hot dose of caffeine and instead get nothing but cold coffee.  It just offsets your whole mood.  Well thankfully one inventor feels our pain and has created a coffee cup to help keep us informed.  When you pour in a drink hotter than 36 degrees Celsius or 96.8 Fahrenheit the image will appear.  Then as the coffee mug becomes empty the battery will start to fade at the top.  To purchase one of your own it’ll cost you $28 or €19 from the Art Lebedev Studio.

I am looking for a small thermous bottle that is well insulated to keep the coffee hot for 2 or 3 hours and holds 2 small cups of coffee….one that would be equal to a stanley but not as lerge. send me information on what you have.
