Just so we’re clear, yes this is a plastic figurine that’s using exactly what you think it is to keep you cooled off. It may be a very deformed member, but that’s exactly what he’s using. It’d be just perfect to sit on your desk and horrify all of your co-workers and probably your boss as well. At least you’ll be nice and cool though.
