If you’re ever going to embark on a DIY project such as this, might we suggest you get a clean, nice smelling pair of sneakers? After all, even the pull of retro gaming in your living room won’t be enough to overcome years of sweat soaked into your old Nike Airs whenever you call your friends over for a game of Duck Hunt or Mario Bros.
